We are experts in the support of all differing makes of elevators and passenger transport equipment. Our presence and conduct within your clients premises is a reflection of your organisation - a responsibility we take seriously.

All of our site support staff wear clean branded workwear and as a matter of course display our presence on site with appropriate notices. Our 24 hour client support team are always on hand to respond to the demands placed on you.

Forward planning of site operations is also vital to ensuring your clients needs are met. This includes pre-planned maintenance attendances as well as call responses to site situations measured in hours and not days.

We are able to offer site surveys and recommendations to enable budgets to be set for modernisation of existing equipment in line with ongoing performance demands as well as changes in legislation.

Excel Elevators have a detailed service schedule which can be adapted to suit any type of lift environment. Upon receipt of a quotation request we will attend site to assess your lift condition. We have 3 maintenance level options - Standard, Semi-Comprehensive & Fully Comprehensive. We will then discuss & advise on which service level we feel best suits your requirements.
